Der er masser at trænings råd, hvis man skulle lytte til dem alle, ville man sikkert bliver mere forvirret end hvad godt er. Den nemme adgang til information, gør det hele så kompliceret. Vi er alle forskellige så en størrelse passer ikke alle, et råd er derfor heller ikke godt for alle… men dette er et råd jeg selv anvender for at holde mig motiveret, energisk, vedligeholde min stærke og slanke figur og vigtigst af alt, genlade min krop efter træning…

When is it best to use the protein shake?
If you are taking an ½ hour / 1 timer exercise such as a gym workout or aerobic class then take the shake within 30 minutes of you finishing your workout (not 30 minutes after you have showered and dressed!). If your fitness is of a longer duration such as an intensive cycling session or of professional athetic level, taking an extra shake an hour before you start your training is effective.
What energi drikke will help?
I find that for longer training such as cycling I take a LiftOff ‘shot’ before I go and in my bottle I use Herbalife Thermojetics sportsdrik (citrus is a great taste I never tire of!). If I am filling my water bottle I put two spoons of te in. If doing something less intense such as a max hour run or gym class /workout always remember that whilst it will really help your energy levels to have te or Liftoff you only need to replace the amount of liquid that you sweat out! So have a small amount of water and a spoon of Herbalife Thermojetics. You don’t need to walking around the gym drinking every 10 minutes it is a myth.

Can I fill my shake with anything I like?
If you want to improve the effeciency of your body in generating energy and functioning well it is best to stay away from adding as much ‘processed sugar’ as possible. You don’t need as much sugar as you think. The power of Herbalifes shake is that the nutrients help your organs etc. function as they should naturally thereby strengthening what is already in place! Keeping your body well oiled is important so if you are not eating enough fish then adding some nuts of omega oil to your shake is very healthy.
